How it fared:
If you have known Forest essentials for some time, you would have by now, noticed that they have changed their packaging. The new ones are super classy, relates to the name luxurious, sturdy and travel friendly. There is one fact though, that the glossy golden coating starts to peel after a period of use
The cleanser has the consistency of thick liquid that is not too runny. It truly reminds you of one of the main ingredients, Honey. The cleanser itself is very mild and without being too foamy and drying, does the job well. Although for heavy duty makeup it might not work in one go. I usually clean off makeup with a makeup remover and then follow up with the cleanser. The resultant skin is soft, clean and conditioned. It also imparts a subtle healthy glow to the skin. As I mentioned previously, the cleanser does not dry out the skin and cause any stretchiness whatsoever.
I love the fragrance that the cleanser carries. It is mild and for me the scent is predominantly of rose water. The ingredient list, as you must have already noted, also does not disappoint and is in fact quite tempting.
The cleanser, I feel, will especially suit those with sensitive skin that is prone to breakout since its very mild and is loaded with fewer chemicals than the usual similar variants.

- Gives a subtle healthy glow to the skin
- It is quite expensive for a cleanser
- I am not sure what the foaming agents is
